Transfers =1 and min. time entered, fails at Google parser but success using Feed Validator 1.2.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attached successful at FV 1.2.5
2. PCFE fails
3. transfers should be 2+time in sec., and in attached 1 + time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
if transfer_type=1 then an ERROR msg should be displayed if any value in 
min_transfer_time

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.5 + XP

Thank you for the bug report, this will be fixed in FeedValidator.

More generally, setting min_transfer_time with a transfer_type other than 2 
should be 
an error.
