Validation - Summary service ranges, dates for routes #70

Would be nice if validation output summarized service ranges, dates for all
routes. This way agencies could validate service is being correctly applied
to all their routes.

Suggest displaying services and exceptions in calendar format.

I'm adding a change to list number of trips per day to the validation report, 
which is 
a step in the right direction. Example html attached.
