Merge - Enable users an easy way to merge stops in question. #95

Would be nice if tool allowed agencies to simply select the stops which
should be merged and the tool would do it by taking the newer geocode.

gui is preferably over command line if thats what youre asking

The problem with providing a tool for tweaking a GTFS file is that tweaks will 
need to 
be applied every time the agency gets a new dump from their operations 
database. This 
should really be a feature of the tool that generated the GTFS. I'm leaving 
this open 
in case we find a way to fit it in.

What about a command line option to merge stops in question using the geocode 
from the 
"newer" GTFS file.
