Missing progress indicator when parsing a TimeMap #3

Some type of progress bar should be displayed when the app is busy parsing a 
long TimeMap. Right now the user just has to wait for some unspecified period 
of time before the TimeMap's Memento links have been parsed before pressing the 
List Mementos buttons from the main menu.
