beware the egg registry names have not been updated

seek shelter and stay sheltered AIs are not updated due to depending on Biome.getTemperature() - this function is now private and deprecated

More error fixing / cleaning There were a couple errors that need someone who knows the mod better than I do, these have placeholder values to get it to compile and are marked with // TODO 18
