Bug fix #119

broken counting of unused packages fixed.

incorrect mkdir option fixed.

tmpRM flag is working now, but requires -tmpRM=false. That works for me:

egor@localhost:~/Documents/GitHub/Linux-monitoring-utility/prototype> sudo lmu -T 20 -t 5 -tmpRM=false
