Tuning some recommendations in README.md
Composer drops support for some 3.0 laminas packages whose requirements were php: ^5.5 || ^7.0
doctrine-orm-module moved up to 4.1.0 in advent of PHP 8.1 support
doctrine module moved up to 4.2 in advent of PHP 8.1 support
doctrine/orm moved up to 2.10 to jump past a string of security advisories in <2.5 and in 2.8.3
replace block trimmed to let you do this on your own, in your own app (circling back to the README changes).
