Production server #124

@danaronson has worked with Damian to get a dev server, #117 but we'll need a production server at some point. Probably on AWS.

More importantly its going to need an ops person who is available 24/7 to keep it alive. So at the moment I'm assigning this to Jamison :-)

Cool. I sent him the protocol doc and pointer to the server on Friday that he is reviewing. Can you invite him to the slack. I think next steps would be for him to set up some mechanism to deploy and monitor. Again, I believe he doesn't want to be on the hook for needing to be on call unless he's being paid (which is totally understandable). Can he get invited to the AWS account to do devops?

We will need to stand up a production AWS account. Thus far, the client devs have been using Bamboo's account. I will start this process.
