Checked out revision 74.

% ls -a skipfish-read-only
.  ..  .svn

No other files to work with!

The project does not live in a public repository at this time (mostly because 
there 
aren't enough developers working on it to make it worthwhile).

Wouldn't it make sense then to either not list it in the Source tab, or make a 
note that 
it's not useful at this time? Nobody else may be working on it, but you are 
advertising 
"the latest project source code" and not delivering it.
