创建全量日志落地插件，便于统一日志采集。 插件特点:

  1. 全量日志落地，可自己编辑插件修改排除条件
  2. 全量日志以json格式保存落地，并持久化
  3. 内存列队，降低IOPS压力和文件写锁
  4. json格式兼容阿里云waf， 可配合sls进行统一日志大屏展示
