Rows per page - change default number permanently or remember setting throughout multiple searches #106

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.do a search and change 
2.when a result is displayed, change the "rows per page"
3.modify the search

What is the expected output? 
modified search displayed with the number of rows set in step 2.

What do you see instead?
modified search displayed with 25 rows per page

What version of the product are you using? 
Rev 712

On what operating system?
Ubuntu 12.04.10

This can be done through the preferences system.  I'll get to it soon.
