Missing perl dependencies: MooseX::*, Plack..NoMultipleSlashes #35

A recent update requires new perl modules that are not pulled in by install.sh:

MooseX::Storage
MooseX::Log::Log4perl
MooseX::Clone
Plack::Middleware::NoMultipleSlashes

This was already fixed in earlier updates.  Please make sure you have the most 
recent install.sh available.
