Hi For Maths e-assessment we are using Moodle Quiz with SEB setting, after students click on "Submit and Finish" on the Moodle quiz they will be redirected to a page displaying a QR code. Students can then use their phones to scan the QR code and upload the hybrid questions. However, there is an issue with Mac users who are currently unable to view the page displaying the QR code. We didn't have the issues previously as we have been using this method since 2020. We are facing these issue with Moodle 4.1 version

I tested with SEB MAC version 2.3.2, it manage to redirect to the QR code page and display the QR code upon clicking the Submit and Finish.

Current SEB versions use the modern WebKit browser engine (WKWebView) on macOS and iOS, when the LMS/exam system integration supports that. This is the case with Moodle 4.1 and newer (and latest Moodle 4.0.x maintenance updates or when manually installing the updated SEB plugin for Moodle in older Moodle versions).

Looks like displaying the QR code or redirecting to its page doesn't work with the modern WebView. I can look into why that is the case if you give me some testing access to a course with this QR code feature. You can send access data by email to info at safeexambrowser.org (replace " at " with the appropriate symbol).

Hi I'm still facing the same issue with the latest MAC version. Is there any solution to redirect to the QR code page upon clicking the Submit and Finish button

You need to give me testing access to your Moodle where I can reproduce that issue, as redirecting to this QR code is not part of a standard Moodle.
