Linking Connection Configurations to Exams

Requirements

• Exam Administrator or Institutional Admin shall be able to select imported exams within a Connection Configuration.
• Alternatively to the one above Exam Administrator or Institutional Admin shall be able to (pre)select a Connection Configuration within the Exam edit page (and also on import and also for Template). It should still be possible to export a Exam Connection Configuration for just this Exam.
• When SEB Server gets a SEB Connection without examId, it checks whether the involved Connection Configuration has exam-relations or not. If it has SEB Server only sends the running exam from the relations to SEB for user-selection. Otherwise SEB Server sends all running exams as usual to the SEB for user-selection.
