Installer should say if SEB is installed or not #717

Issue:

-> We push SEB via Intune to all our devices. --> Some students/teachers don't understand that we can push and install software remotely and try to re-install SEB.

The installer isn't too clear if SEB is installed or not. Maybe have a page in the installer that says: "SEB is already installed. Are you sure you want to continue?"

This way a few mistakes can be avoided.

Thanks for your input. This is mainly related to the way the WiX Toolset (version 3.x) resp. Windows Installer handles the version checks. We're hoping to be able to upgrade to WiX Toolset version 4.x in the near future, until then, I'm afraid that we don't have the resources to implement additional pages in the installer.
