Special characters not working in SEB #783

Describe the Bug When trying to log in into our Moodle (via Entra SSO) a student using a Hungarian keyboard layout was unable to type the @ symbol, even after explicitly setting the layout to Hungarian (we do allow changing the layout). In the previously used version 3.3.1 SEB correctly started using the Hungarian layout and the @ did work as expected. The physical keyboard on the laptop did also use the Hungarian Layout. One of our teachers reported this issue also occurring for other students, unfortunately I do not know which layouts were used in these cases.

Unfortunately, I don't have different (physical) keyboards on hand to run further tests.

Expected Behavior Special Characters should work regardless of the chosen layout.

Thanks for the report, we shall try to investigate the issue (though we also have no access to a Hungarian keyboard).
