An unrecoverable error has occured! #903

Bug description Today some we had multiple exams at our institution. We are using SEB with Moodle. In 2 exams some students got the error message:

An unrecoverable error has occured! Please consult the log files for more information. SEB will now shut down... [OK] After pressing OK the student could restart the session and (in most cases) finish it's exam without an issue. In one case a student got the error multiple times.

Steps to Reproduce The error occurred during an exam. While a student was navigating from one question to the other or while he was re-reading his answers or even while he was preparing his answer on paper. So not at a specific action of the student.

Expected Behavior Not crashing.

Version Information

Additional Context It didn't happen on all students. For one exam it was 10 of 130 participants. Iwas able to retrieve logs of 4 students. A few hours later the same issue reoccurred for other student in another exam but same location. We didn't receive any other calls of similiar issues on other campusses or other exams so far. So we are thinking of either some setting or file/image in the exam in moodle or either something location/network (wifi) related. The errors didn't occur all at once

I'll attach zip files of the logs grouped by student. The last session was succesful but the second to last should be the one that caused an error. Yes, it appears that the client application component of SEB has crashed. The reason is unfortunately not clear from the logs, but they show that two particular applications are very frequently started and again stopped on almost all machines resp. logs:

In order to determine the exact reason for the crash, we'd need the respective error entries from the application log of the Event Viewer system application.

@dbuechel Are the logs telling you anything? We are getting more reports of this error. Not all students encounter this. Some only once, some many times (7 crashes in 2hrs)

... I'm reading into issue #883... Seems the same issue but the title has a wrong translation ("fatal" instead of "unrecoverable") so I didn't find that topic yet.
