Contact management panel fails to display some time #105

Contact management does not show up constantly when user tries to configure his/her profile.

Only for old devices, e.g., iPhone 5s. iPhone 6/6S do not have this issue. Seems like performance issue. Management panel will display; however it is somewhat slow on old devices.

Identify the root cause: slow UX response due to unnecessary cloud backup. Change iCloud backup to perform while necessary. Close in https://github.com/SafeSlingerProject/SafeSlinger-iOS/commit/07a51e607fa181972ec35eb5570bec0cdfc21fdd.
