Edit Donation Tier Headlines #38

Right now can only choose what tier to put a donor in, but can't edit the text at the top of the tier. We'd like the tier headlines to read from the high figure to low figure, currently it's low to high.

Currently: $500,000 - $1,000,000

Should be: $1,000,000 - $500,000

As an aside, it would be good if all text was easily editable. Anything that's locked into the theme is potentially a problem in the future, so would prefer to have that stuff on the editing pages.

i've added these fields into the general settings section, and also made the requested updates.
