About Page not showing updates #41

I deleted the text at the bottom of the page that begins "We've written a number of articles to provide additional information on several related issues that are important to us." because it was all out of date, and published the update, but the live site is still showing the text. Looking at the edit page shows it to be gone, so some conflict happening somewhere?

this was due to some caching being enabled (that had previously not been). I've added the additional checks to make sure the specific page data is refreshed on save.
