News page needs styling

Since this isn't a page we can apply a template to, it's not reflecting the style sheet from the rest of the site.

looking back through all the history, it looks like we didn't actually design anything for it. so i've gone and added back the page title (since it wasn't visible) and some basic styling to separate out the posts. we can (and probably should) build out that page a little more, but it's usable for now.

@seanbonner if this is a page you want a hero image on, let me know and i can add that functionality.

OK, weird, I thought I'd seen a different version of it. Anyway... The new images look great!

The changes I think it needs style wise to get it to the point we can launch with it are:

• No hero image needed.
• Change page title from "The Safecast Blog" to "Safecast News"
• Apply the same color/link styles we have on the other pages. Right now it looks like it's showing the default HTML Underline Blue for a link, Purple for visited link, etc.. needs to just mimic the same styling we have on other pages where link and visited link are the same as the text just underlined.

Related: looks like the footer is also blue/purple - can we do the same fix there with just underlines for links?

ok @seanbonner take a look at the styling now, it should be OK.

as for the footer, the markup had a <div align="center"> entered, which wiped out the styling. the CSS will center that text regardless, so i've removed it.
