Allow links in content boxes on Join Us Page #74

Potentially on other pages as well, but need at the moment is on Join-us

i've changed all the larger content areas for this page to allow the HTML needed for links (and other minor styling).

we will likely need to change other pages, but those need to be handled as-needed to make sure the template rendering is able to handle HTML.
