The Photos/Video option doesn't clear that data on Blackberry. You have to choose the SDCard option.

Blackberry might have a custom path for that media that needs to be determined.

This was tested on Blackberry Bold T-Mobile.

This might be fixed now... needs testing!

Had to add support for both internal and external media storage directories.
