Success message language #42

Success message for test message to user should read:

Success! It seems like your message went through ok.

(DELETE: Please check with the recipient to make sure -- does not make sense anymore)

I would argue that we still need this language. there are a lot of other potential points of failure in delivering an SMS that exist beyond what the device sees.

However, since we're asking people to send test messages to themselves, I suggest to change the language to: "Please check to make sure." <-- thoughts @katrinskaya?
