handle internationalization #58

when user selects their language, load in the corresponding string .xml

we should discuss how this will be handled in the UI (should it be the first notification you see when you launch the app as a "virgin user"?)

Language support now available for Arabic and Farsi (in addition to English.) I made a slight change to the english file in this commit that will have to be changed by our translators in the Arabic & Farsi.
