Display ALT/AST Ratios? #215

• ALT/AST ratio can also be useful in examine liver toxicity, especially to rule out certain mechanisms. – consider plotting these values over time?

Unless this is a very common requirement, I think the easiest way to do this is for the user to add it to their raw data if desired, and then view the plot under the raw lab values summary for participants of interest.
