Figure out how to interrupt animation #271

What happens when another controls is clicked during the animation? Probably just want to cancel animation, and then re-draw.

Automatically canceling the main svg transition onDraw handles most situations, but changing Plot Style during the animation still isn't working ... might need to cancel transitions on each circle individually ...
