Clear rugs when point transitions. #279

or prevent rugs from appearing during animation

Generally seems to be working ok for me now, so going to mark it done in the project. I don't think I mind the rug being visible during the transition since it gets wiped afterwards when chart.draw() is called.

@samussiah, feel free to commit an update if you think it's needed.
