Include all time points in cross sectional view

It's helpful to show baseline values in the animation so, don't filter based on analysis flag in this view.

Updating to differentiate between all_matches and analysis_matches in onPreprocess\flattenData\getMaxValues.

all_matches saved to _raw arrays for each measure (used to draw animations).
analysis_matches just used to calculate max values.
