Add Gapminder Functionality to view points in scatterplot at certain timepoint

Right now we show maximum creatinine value, but the ability to see specific timepoints compared to baseline was requested by Barbara in the working group. This would update the scatterplot only most likely.

We could use gapminder-like plotly animation slider for this:
