Add filters #74

Allow filters by treatment group, age group, sex and race.

@pburnsdata : if the application is linked to data within ISG application, would filtering tab already offer the functionality required here?

Great point @lgakava definitely an overlap in functionality. Let's discuss this on Friday - there's few reasons why I think we should still have filtering within the module so I can share those and I wanna hear what you think
