Call createExplosion from the proper thread. #45

Fix call to createExplosion from the wrong. On some mod packs, where there is a lot of mods accessing the world, creating stuff on the server world from the wrong thread can cause issues. Using the server executor solves this problem.

I did not know about the executor feature, thanks. I may be able to use this for other bugs.
