Removing "Delegates" Tab from Main Navigation for readable Demo #49

For the readable Demo, I would suggest to remove the "Delegates" Tab, as we are not able to deliver Delegation functions for the milestone.

I would also suggest to add a new milestone "readable Delegate Functions", as this can be delivered as a new feature.
