Symja can not integrate sums with variables #40

Sum[Integrate[Sin[i*x],{x,0,N}],{i,1,M}] - integrated normally(even result is 
same as input), but this
Integrate[Sum[Sin[i*x],{i,1,M}],{x,0,N}] - is cycled somewhere.
Both expressions are equals.
