NEFL needs nominated target data #353

NEFL's Ensembl Gene ID is now ENSG00000277586 (https://www.ensembl.org/id/ENSG00000277586). The old ID (ENSG00000104725) is from genome build GRCh37.p13 (http://grch37.ensembl.org/Homo_sapiens/Gene/Summary?g=ENSG00000104725).

This would need to be changed in MSSM's target file (https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn8656608), and the merged target list would need to be regenerated (https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn8656625).

The way to future proof this is to add gene id validation to target list submission - would suggest opening an issue here or possibly in AD-DCC (https://github.com/Sage-Bionetworks/AD-DCC/issues) to start discussing the target submission process for the next round, depending how we want to resource and track the development of the process.

Fix this in the next version of the target list.

It is fixed on the current data version. But the same error might be there in the future submissions, so need to double check the next file.
