Hi- @jguinney Where can I find a list of the genes used in this CMSclassifier? Thanks!

@simeenz If it is still a topic for you: you can either use CMSclassifier::listModelGenes("SSP" or "RF") to get the list of genes used. Furthermore you might want to investigate some of the weights further, that you can do via the Centroids dataset e.g.
