Wipe existing files from cBioPortal release directory on Synapse before loading new files

Sometimes corrections remove variables that should not have been released. To avoid allowing users to download previous versions of these files with these variables, the old versions of the files should be wiped from the corresponding Synapse folder before new files are uploaded to avoid the storage of previous version.
