Working toward #10 but not all the way ready to close, due to other tasks I delineate in the Rmd.

LGTM. this is interesting. The number 1 gene, ABI3BP is an extracellular matrix protein. I agree we should do gene set enrichment, because we might be looking at a fibroblast signature or some other non-tumor cell that increases with size.
