update analysis and add markdown #2

I probably should have made a PR for the first instead of pushing to master, but here we are.

attached is my first analysis for the paper, a summary of multiplier expression across sex in NF tumors. I analyzed both within and ignoring tumor type to get a larger cohort. Not much is significant here after multiple comparison (BH) correction, but what remains might be interesting. The MPNST cohort is so unbalanced in terms of sex that it's pretty problematic. It makes the cNF cohort look great by comparison!
