Some interesting LVs come out here as associated with itching. Since we don't have tumor-level itching data, the significance is not super convincing, but it's pretty good for the resolution we have!
There are also some interesting LVs correlated/anticorrelated with size. It's interesting that ERY3-like LV is inversely correlated with size. As the tumors are bigger, do they become erythroid deficient?
The positively correlated LVs are also interesting. We'll have to revisit those...
