I tried some correlation analysis to find similar samples, but couldn;'t figure out a good way to summarize or analyze those samples once i had them because the metadata are not standardized.
I did do some analysis that (i think) is interesting directly comparing pNF and MPNST to identify some interesting latent variables. Also, one of the JHU MPNSTs looks like it might be a pNF.
