updated lvs to include cbttc and lockfile to incl plier #47

I added CBTTC pNF data to the "frozen fileview" here: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn21046991/tables/

And reran the multiPLIER script.

I also updated the lockfile to include PLIER+dependencies, which was missing before (I think because it was referenced in a sourced script and not directly in any of the RMDs in this repository).

partially addresses #44, but still need to reknit all of the LV-based markdowns .
