i'm pretty excited about this LV analysis - I summarized the previous 3 RMDs to describe which of the 98 RF-selected LVs correlated with immune subtypes, metaviper activity, or have significantly changing genomic variants.

@allaway if you want to add some drug-target analysis, a summary should go in this table before we describe it in the manuscript.

the DT::datatables are not rendering in the html .. :(

Hmm, they look ok on my end. :-/ I renamed a file, maybe that's the issue.
