This took a lot of back and forth as I made sure the data were correct, stored on synapse, etc. I'm hoping to show 3-4 panels, attached as PDFs in this PR.

Maybe we can talk about the messaging around this figure tomorrow....I'm a little confused about what this means. Specifically, I don't think we can make any meaningful claims about the variant status and whether it correlates with LV expression (At least in the example in this PR)

I added some text in the doc - basically I wanted to say that yes, this is what we found, but perhaps it's not that interesting.
