Some specimens in the current MSBB biospecimen file are missing tissue metadata. Those specimens have Brodmann Area metadata recorded in the deprecated covariates file here: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn6100548.

[x] edit biospecimen file to include tissue information from the covariates file for these specimens
[x] update file annotations to include tissue for files annotated with these specimenIDs
