Text updates:

  1. Unfortunately, we are currently focusing on the NYC region at the moment. We are hoping to expand in the coming months. Would you like to join our mailing list and be notified in the future? --->

Unfortunately, we are only able to enroll participants who live within a 25 mile radius of the Columbia University Medical Center.

We are hoping to expand the study in the coming months.

You can sign up for our mailing list here:

  1. Instead of Asking yes/no just let them fill out their full name and email, zip code directly if they want to join mailing list. (see image)

  2. Update fonts to be Opens Sans for text hints and "Join mailing list" button.

@jay-hodgson made an update to text string in my previous comment from Hospital to ---> Columbia University Medical Center
