Add "In partnership with" section to homepage #508

After the Here's how you can participate section we will need to have a section that says "In partnership with" and have space for 3-5 organization logos. Feedback from community partners is that it will be important to have this on the homepage. Logos TBD.

Confirmed that we should not add these in for launch today. So we can pause this

SVG versions of logos should be used when possible (otherwise they will appear a bit blurry).

We already have the svg logo for Survivor Corps in the project (SurvivorCorpsLogo-Vertical.svg and SurvivorCorpsLogo-Horizontal.svg).

Queens Community Board 12 has a svg version of their logo: https://www1.nyc.gov/assets/queenscb12/images/content/header/logo.svg

We can use the Alianza jpg attached to this github ticket.

Unfortunately, it looks like The Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce does not have a svg version of their logo: https://www.greaterharlemchamber.com/

Neither does NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem: https://www.nychealthandhospitals.org/harlem/ (https://www.nychealthandhospitals.org/harlem/wp-content/uploads/sites/13/2016/08/harlem_logo.png)

Should these logos link out to their respective organizations? If so, those links should be included in this ticket (it would be unfortunate if we accidentally link to the wrong org!).

No work to do here until Wendy gets the agreements with the sponsors
