Save `theme_config.rds` into right working dir in app #23

fixes #19

Now the theme_config.rds should be saved into where user runs the showcase().

Merging this PR into main. Feel free to re-install the pkg - the theme_config.rds should be now saved in the right folder. cc @afwillia, @lakikowolfe, @milen-sage
