Might be a good idea to also update dccvalidator to define a structure for conducting checks and reporting results. We can build in the ones we need for AMP-AD but others using the app could define their own.

Also, we may want a section for "checks we were unable to perform" -- e.g. if the file was not readable by the app. Or maybe all of those checks that require reading that file just fail?
