The links which is involved in synapse about Sepsis_Metaanalysis is invalid #12

Hello, I’m a postgraduate of Southeast University from China. I’m reading your work which is involved in “A community approach to mortality prediction in sepsis via gene expression analysis”. But when I tried to collate the data, I found that the code in your github, which should be involved in “Sepsis_Metaanalysis/blob/708fd6f5e811a8114c935408bb56f2733b013921/code/R/collateAllData.R” had been delete, could you send this code to me? Or could you tell me how you do this work?Thank you!
